You know what's dumb? Being in a train on a phone with no way to ssh in to my network to fix mastodon.social and no other person having such access either
If mastodon.social being down has you on your alt accounts consider moving permanently to lower the strain on the mothership and find a closer community for yourself

Is it that people are always looking for how you're trying to fuck them over, so if you're offering free open source software without catches purely for ethical reasons it's even more suspicious than if you're blatantly exploiting their data?
