One of Linux's little mysteries:
Breaking the sound subsystem trying to get jack to work, failing, having to reinstall and reset the entire sound subsystem.
And I notice my RGB mouse and keyboard are properly functional suddenly, when they've been misbehaving for a few weeks.
What the fuck even IS linux and why does the sound subsystem affect the function of a peripheral with no sound hooks???
