To follow from my ill advised post storm last night, it's not that we don't have a diversity issue, it's just not a general problem of "marginalized people" in general. If you get more specific like yes, most of us are white. Make that your critique. I've made offers to pay POC in the past who are willing to help figure out how to make Mastodon better for them. There's only so much you can do to convince people to do work for you who are already busy applying their expertise elsewhere
