I got more spices than I know what to do with. Anyone got any good recipes with cardamom? Vegetarian plz.
Funny, I was just thinking that I should use more cardamom. I sometimes put it in recipes where cinnamon or nutmeg is called for, sometimes in place of those spices and sometimes in addition to them.
@sixohsix Norwegian cake often needs cardamom. Apple pie, raisin rolls, those are the best! Don't have a specific recipe though.
