Morning, Mastodonites.
A very cold, clear morning here in the desert.
Husband has first day of duty up there in Oregon and I have been "volunteered" to go visit "family friends" - HIS family, not mine - at 9 this morning.
Luckily, they're not far away and I have the dogs as excuse to get back.
I'm not a social person and I don't do small talk very well so it's going to be awkward for me.
They're lovely people, but I'm just not a conversationalist unless it's a topic I know about.
