@bstacey One must always bear in mind that when Forbes and such talk about generational sociology, they are bracketing this in haute bourgeoisie terms.
If they wanted to talk about the rest of us, they’d invoke “the poor” or whatever in disgusted tones.

@bstacey Ha ha. Almost daily I look around my neighborhood and think to myself: "Damn babyboomers."
(Note: I live in North Vancouver, BC, CA. One of the most expensive cities in the world.)
@bstacey The Baby Boomers got us into this mess in the first place with their "Screw the future generations, we want it all for ourselves!" and "I"ve got mine, screw you" mentality.
In the U.S. they gave us Nixon (twice), Reagan (twice) both Bush's (the 2nd one twice), Clinton, and now Trump. And they've done everything they can to increase income inequality and then blame the poor & the young for it.
They deserve this.
